Fusha Asian Cuisine

This restaurant is located somewhat out of the way but if you do find yourself in the neighborhood I would stop here to eat. The cuisine is Asian and this is reflected in the décor. The restaurant is separated into two sides by a row of Beachwood tree trunks. On one side is the sushi bar that faces a rock waterfall. There are six sushi chefs that create delicious sushi including my favorite the Eel Avocado Roll ($6 plus tax and tip). I would start off with the tasty Seaweed Salad (which is more appetizing than it sounds) and the Duck Spring Roll. For the main dishes I recommend the Tofu Teriyaki ($13 plus tax and tip) and the Chicken Sea Bass with Black Bean Sauce ($22 plus tax and tip). Travel here for a local favorite filled with interesting dishes from all Asian countries.
