Page Museum at the La Brea Tar Pits
Are you interested in the Ice Age? This is the place for you! In the tar pits they have dated items as old as 55,000 years ago. But get your facts straight—you will not see dinosaurs there because those were extinct 65 million years before the tar pits. Around the tar pits and in them are models of some of the animals they have found. Inside the museum are the actual findings, which are constantly growing, as the site still has archeologists hard at work.
